Our meeting format is On-site and On-demand viewing

We recommend for participant from over-sea country to pay the registration fee via home page by credit card.

There is no registration desk to accept new registration on site. Please make sure you register online before coming to the venue.
Registration Period
Early bird registration: until June 20, 2024, 23.59 JST (UTC+9)
Standard registration: from June 21,2024 to Aug. 31,2024 17.00 JST (UTC+9)

- Post-graduate students are asked to register according to their membership categories.
- Those who register as medical staff are asked to submit their ID, such as name card, business card, or items that can proof your status.

How to register
- We only accept credit card payment.Credit Card accepted: VISA, MasterCard, JCB, American Express, Diners Club
- No other payment method is accepted, including bank transfer.
- Once you complete the registration, the confirmation message and receipt are sent automatically.
Cancellation Policy
We do not accept cancellation after payment for any reasons.
Please be careful not to make multiple registrations.
